Our company has the necessary infrastructure to provide the fresh and frozen products that our customers demand. In our plant we have:

• Tunnels that allow quick freezing for fish and cephalopods to retain the characteristics that the consumers request.
• Raw materials cooling chambers.
• Final product cooling chambers.
• Final product freezing chambers.

The tunnels and chambers are controlled by a modern equipment. That allows them to know the temperature conditions in real time. This system gives us confidence about the safety of our products. In addition, our factory provides ice needed for optimal conservation of our products. It has the capacity of producing 24 tonnes of ice per day.

We have the necessary equipment for the treatment of sea products:

• Fish and cephalopods classification tables.
• Treatment and cleaning tables.
• Packaging tables.
• Calibrated scales for weighing raw materials and finished products.
• Pallet trucks and forklifts for the movement of goods and cargo zones for the expedition of the product.

The production area is always in an optimum state of cleanliness. There is a cleaning area with necessary equipments to wash the production staff work clothes.
